HVAC Service Technician - Sunshine Coast

A national commercial HVAC contractor is putting on five service technicians for a newly won Sunshine Coast contract, working out of their Baringa branch.

This is a business with branches across the country and its largest technical headcount in Queensland, so you would be working alongside experienced techs rather than being thrown in on your own. They are taking apprenticeship graduates through to seasoned technicians - if you are newly qualified you will be paired with a senior tech on site.

The work

Commercial HVAC service and maintenance across their client portfolio, with a major new shopping centre site anchoring the Sunshine Coast work. Technicians are placed as close to home as possible.

What you will need

• Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence (QLD) or full electrical licence
• Construction White Card
• Current driver’s licence
• The right to work in Australia

No minimum years. Experienced techs command the top of the band.

• $50-60 per hour, with room to move for the right person
